Getting Mandate
AGR gets the mandate from the client regarding the requirements
Sourcing Profiles & Initial Screening
After getting the details on the requirement of
manpower the team works on the available candidate pool and if required, start sourcing
the candidates. All the candidates are being thoroughly screened and the eligible candidates
get shortlisted.
Sharing Shortlisted Profiles with Clients
AGR Talent shares the shortlisted candidates’
profiles with the client.
Scheduling Interviews
As per the schedule of the client, the interviews of shortlisted
candidates are being aligned. The team keeps a track that all the candidates attend the
interview on time.
Feedback from Clients
The feedback of the client is collected on the interviewed
candidates and the selected candidates
Reference Check
Through reference check is being done of the selected candidates.
Offer and Onboarding
The offer letter is being issued to the selected candidates and they
are being on boarded at the site of the client.
Performance Monitoring
– The attendance of the candidates will be monitored
daily and based on that their salaries will be released on time. All the records of the same
will be submitted to client as and when required.
